The BCSC has teamed up with ArtsFest Online for a mini-series of online events, showcasing Black Country Artists involved in the British Art Show 9’s (BAS9) OFFSite9 programme.

On Tuesday 7th April, we’ll be joined by Leanne O’Connor and Ewan Johnston who will be discussing their project IMAGINE WOLVES. Leanne and Ewan posed the question ‘how would change Wolverhampton?’ during a series of workshops and uncovered desires and dreams for the city’s future.

Susan Brisco and Charlotte Dunn will be joining us on Tuesday 14th April to discuss their process, involvement in OFFSite9 and how their work is inspired by science and the natural world.

The OFFSite9 9 programme was developed by Creative Black Country. It features works and commissions by creatives in the region and runs alongside BAS9 – the largest touring exhibition of contemporary art to ever visit Wolverhampton.

You can visit BAS9 at Wolverhampton Art Gallery and Wolverhampton School of Art until 10th April 2022. You can see the full OFFSite 9 programme here.
